Using the ‘Awareness & teasing’ concept, Stoas develops interactive communication tools that support the 'mental' preparation in processes for change. We take into account people who are prepared to change that do not want to be changed. By communicating, motivating and providing information we set the first important step in the process of change. Only then do we continue with training. And eventually it is the target group of course that must implement the changes.
